Amanda LaBrecque, Vice President of Lifecycle Services and Customer Success, Linda Maiorana, Director of Service Delivery, and Rachel Womack, Director of Sales Operations, each named to the prestigious 2023 listing. In addition, Amanda LaBrecque was acknowledged among the Power 80 Solution Providers for her achievements. The annual CRN Women of the Channel list recognizes women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose expertise and vision are leaving a noticeable and commendable mark on the technology industry. About Amanda LaBrecque
As Vice President of Lifecycle Services and Customer Success, Amanda’s team works closely with Aspire clients to ensure their coverage aligns accurately with their business requirements. She manages Aspire clients’ installed base, provides day-to-day support of existing maintenance agreements, and presents options for renewable services contracts and subscriptions to ensure consistency in coverage and cost savings.
In addition, Amanda directs strategic planning, execution and leadership of Aspire’s Customer Success teams, providing post-sales services focused on client satisfaction, adoption, and facilitating successful customer outcomes. Amanda has served as a Customer Success champion at Aspire since joining the company in 2011. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Susquehanna University.
About Linda Maiorana
As Director of Service Delivery, Linda strengthens the operational alignment between Project Management and Engineering Service Delivery for Aspire and its customers. She has full management autonomy and discretionary authority over the Service Delivery team’s internal processes and is responsible for the seamless management and handover of projects to Aspire customers.
Linda brings over 20 years of technology experience across various industries and focuses closely on delivering results through project management and continuous improvement. She has a record of driving necessary organizational changes while streamlining procedures and documentation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of people and processes. Her technical knowledge benefits the alignment of these processes and procedures to attain the desired outcomes of Aspire customers.
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in Human Resources. Linda holds PMP Certification.
About Rachel Womack
As Director of Sales Operations, Rachel is in charge of growing and improving the Aspire Sales Operations team with key initiatives around process development, vendor management, automation, data validation and strategic alignment with teams across the organization.
Rachel began with Aspire in 2012 as a Sales Operations Specialist and has worked on countless projects and initiatives with sales operational support, deal registrations and industry regulations that have contributed to the growth and success of Aspire.
