Aspire response to COVID-19: An updated letter to clients and partners from President & CEO John C. Harris

Dear Clients and Partners,
While dealing with the unprecedented nature of COVID-19, our first priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners, and communities. We are working diligently to reduce the risk to our ecosystem, as well as to ensure that our business operations, customer support and service delivery continue without interruption. Our thoughts are with our communities, people affected, healthcare professionals and first responders who are working around the clock to help those in need.
Supporting our people
At Aspire, protecting the health of our employees is our foremost concern. The majority of our team members have transitioned to work from home (WFH). While keeping everyone’s well-being our highest priority, our sales and service delivery teams are working together to help our clients meet their technology needs during this challenging time. With many of our clients and business partners working remotely as well, day-to-day interactions continue as planned utilizing Webex video conferencing.
Supporting our clients
We understand that our clients depend on us to support their operations and safeguard critical assets. Be assured our managed services continue operating 24x7x365. We’ve had business continuity plans in place for some time to address this type of circumstance. Aspire’s Network & Security Operations Center (NSOC) systems are designed with distributed infrastructure and resilient delivery networks to support our essential business functions. All NSOC systems are securely accessible via remote VPN with multi-factor authentication to accommodate our analysts and engineers working from home. As a matter of fact, approximately forty percent of our NSOC team members already work remotely on a regular basis.
Moving forward
Our organization has been extremely efficient transitioning to secure remote business operations. All Aspire employees are equipped to continue working without interruption. We are taking full advantage of the Cisco collaboration technologies we deploy for clients and operate internally. Our sales operations, customer success, consulting, PMO, and engineering teams are fully available to support you. We plan to continue business as usual, progressing toward planned milestones and providing you support.
