Senior Business Process Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive business performance. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement best practices that align with our company’s strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

  • Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Document business processes using flowcharts, process maps, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., department heads, team leads) to gather

    requirements, define business needs, and ensure alignment between business goals and process

    improvements.

  • Develop and recommend solutions for process enhancements, cost reductions, and performance

    improvements. Identify automation opportunities and assist in implementing new technologies or

    tools.

  • Use data analytics to evaluate process performance, track KPIs, and measure the success of

    process changes. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Assist in the management of change within the organization by preparing process change

    documentation, providing training, and supporting teams through the implementation of new

    processes.

  • Work with IT, project management, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth process

    transitions, system integrations, and the successful execution of projects.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying up to date with industry trends, process

    management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and emerging technologies.

  • Develop custom integrations to Netsuite and other data sources as needed
  • Assess the performance of existing processes by using key performance indicators (KPIs),

    metrics, and feedback from stakeholders.

  • Develop “future state” process models that represent how processes should operate after

    improvements are implemented.

  • Lead discussions and workshops to gather insights, review process changes, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Help train employees on new processes and tools to ensure smooth adoption and transition.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience developing system integrations using RPA technologies like Power Automate or UiPath
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role. Experience in process mapping, process improvement, or project management is preferred.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, SQL, HTML, and other relevant web technologies strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Sigma and Streamlit a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP processes such as financials, order

    management, procurement, and inventory management required.

    Experience with Netsuite is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work

    independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical

    concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
