Aspire Technology Partners Promotes Linda Maiorana to Director of PMO and Continuous Improvement
Aspire Technology Partners, a leading technology solutions and services company specializing in the delivery of digital infrastructure solutions and managed services, announced the promotion of Linda Maiorana to Director of PMO and Continuous Improvement. In this role, Maiorana will lead the Project Management and Continuous Improvement teams, working closely with Aspire’s cross-functional teams to drive improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction for Aspire.
Maiorana has over 20 years of various industry experience and has focused closely on delivering results through project management and continuous improvement. She has a record of success driving necessary organizational change while streamlining procedures and documentation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of people and processes.
Maiorana joined Aspire three years ago as a Senior Project Manager. She managed complex IT infrastructure deployment and refresh projects. Most recently, after transitioning to a role focused on Continuous Improvement, she successfully led Continuous Improvement initiatives in support of Aspire’s goals and priorities.
The Aspire Project Management Office (PMO) is a centralized point of customer engagement management, resource management, deliverable assurance, and project & portfolio reporting. Aspire Project Managers use Validated Solution Design best practices, and the Project Management Institute Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMI PMNOK) framework for projects involving the Cisco Solution Portfolio and Data Center technologies.
Throughout her career, Maiorana has harnessed quality relationships to achieve program and corporate goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources. Linda obtained her PMP Certification in 2008, is a Certified Scrum Master, and will be ITIL certified soon.
